Herm Sprenger Prong Collar Stainless Steel (3.25 mm)

I bought this for our German Shepherd as he has a few issues when it comes to walking time -leash pulling and lunging at other dogs mainly-. We have already a choking collar and it worked a little, but definitely not as well as this prong collar. The change in attitude is clearly noticeable, and we are really pleased with it. The quality is very good, and I must add that the size is a little big for a GS, but it is not a big deal as it can be altered. All in all very happy with the product.

Herm Sprenger prong collar with the wire diameter 3.25 mm is recommended for dogs with max.weight up to 40 kg.

It is recommend to use prong collar with this wire diameter (3.25 mm) on such dog breeds, as American Bulldog, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Irish Wolfhound, Landseer, Leonberger, Rottweiler, Schnauzer.

How to choose and use this dog collar:

When choosing a dog collar is important to know that:

• This dog collar will fit a dog with neck size 23 inches. If the neck size of your dog is larger, you need to order additional links. 1 link adds 1 2/5 (3.5 cm) inch to the collar.
  
• Don't put on prong collar over dog's neck, it may injure dog's eyes. It is better to release the buckle or unfasten a link.
• Never leave a dog in a pinch collar unsupervised.
• Wear the collar behind the dog's ears and under the jaw line.
