I purchased this and it came within just 2 weeks! It fits my GSD x Mali perfect and comfortably after entering all of his measurements. He can freely bark in it and he can not get it off his face and I trust it 100% for it not to come off in comparison to other muzzled I have had in the past. It has plenty of holes for easy breathing and the muzzle allows for the mouth to pant and the dog to bark - extremely useful for agitation exercises. I paid extra for the quick release buckle which has been so much easier to get it on and off the dog especially whilst still in the conditioning stage.
